In the iPhone and iPad app, copy the bilingual quote text and paste it into Messages/iMessage, or use the share sheet where Messages is available. You can also preview and share an English or Spanish PDF. You choose the recipient and send it yourself. These sharing tools are included in Free.
Draft estimates, PDF and text sharing, three new saved jobs per calendar month, editing existing jobs, recording actual costs and amounts received, and private backup export/import. Premium adds no monthly save limit, templates, repeat-job drafts and trends.
Itemized quotes have a private plan for your own time and direct costs. Customer PDFs and shared text include selling prices, scope and quote terms; they exclude private plans, actual costs and amounts you have received. Review every document before sharing.
No. It produces estimates and records amounts you enter. It does not send invoices, process customer payments, calculate taxes, collect signatures or confirm that a customer accepted your quote.
Not yet. The iPhone and iPad app is in development and no launch date is promised. The calculator and guides on this website are available now. App subscription prices will be confirmed before launch.
You enter your own prices and costs. The worked examples explain arithmetic, not what a trade or city should charge. Actual job results are before taxes, overhead and expenses you have not recorded.
The web calculator keeps inputs in your browser only for the current visit. The iPhone and iPad app saves job records locally and offers manual backups; it has no automatic cloud sync. Its separate purchase reporting and optional usage analytics are explained in Privacy.
